In this post, I am going to show you how to create an Appointment Funnel in HighLevel… It is so sexy!
The native calendar feature in Go High Level has so much functionality to it and one of my favorites is the ability to take the calendar widget and embed it on funnels and websites.
You can then share your calendar and funnel links in marketing campaigns, with clients as well as in your email signature, and also send links out in your emails.
An Appointment Funnel Tutorial In Go High Level
In this video, I take you step by step through how to make an Appointment Funnel in Go High Level and I also show you how to embed the calendar widget on your website.
An Appointment Calendar Example In Go High Level

By building out a funnel and adding the calendar widget to it you can create a real customer experience.
With just a little work and a little code.
An Appointment Funnel Layout In Go High Level
By creating a 2 step appointment funnel you have so much more “real estate” to communicate with your clients and directing them through your marketing system.
You can see the funnel layout below.
The first page – the calendar page of the funnel (pictured below) allows you to tell the clients what to expect and they can book in their call.
The second page – a thank you page (pictured below) gives your client’s an opportunity to take next steps.

This is the same calendar above but embedded on my website, but with a different look.
The biggest difference between the two examples is the code used.
On a funnel, CSS is used and for a WordPress website, an HTML block is needed so Javascript is used to customize it.
I am not great at Javascript so they look a little different.
